Colin Blunstone

Colin Blunstone is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. Born on June 24, 1945 in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, UK, he began his musical journey as a founding member and vocalist of the band The Zombies while still in school in April 1962. After the band disbanded in 1968, Colin briefly pursued a career in insurance before reigniting his passion for music with several successful singles in 1969. In 1971, he released his debut solo album "One Year," which was co-produced and partly co-written by *Rod Argent*, the co-founder of The Zombies. Rod had achieved significant success with his progressive rock band *Argent* at that time.

Throughout his career, Colin Blunstone has been associated with various artists who share similar musical styles and sensibilities.
