Death In Vegas

Death in Vegas is an electronic rock band from the United Kingdom, formed in London in 1994 by Richard Fearless and Steve Hellier. Originally known as "Dead Elvis," they changed their name due to objections from the Elvis Presley estate. Influenced by a diverse range of genres including psychedelic rock, electronic, krautrock, dub, and industrial, their sound seamlessly blends live rock elements with electronic beats.

The band's founder Richard Fearless (Richard Maguire) continues to lead Death in Vegas today. While Tim Holmes was not involved in the recording process of their album "Trans-Love Energies" and is no longer part of the current lineup.

If you enjoy artists such as UNKLE, Tricky, Fluke, or Underworld, you'll likely appreciate Death in Vegas' unique fusion of styles. With a discography that spans over two decades and includes collaborations with notable musicians like Martina Topley-Bird and David Holmes, Death in Vegas remains an influential force within the electronic music scene.
