Grinderman

Grinderman is an alternative rock band formed by Nick Cave, Warren Ellis, Martyn P. Casey, and Jim Sclavunos in London, United Kingdom in 2006. Originally known as Mini Seeds, the band was created as a way for its members to escape the weight of The Bad Seeds. Their name was inspired by a Memphis Slim song that Cave started singing during one of their early rehearsal sessions.

Their self-titled debut album, Grinderman, was released in 2007 and received rave reviews. Two years later, they released their sophomore studio album, Grinderman 2. Known for their electrifying performances and unique sound blending various instruments like electric bouzouki, mandocastor, violin, viola, acoustic guitar, organ, piano and more.
