The Textones

The Textones are a Southern California power pop / roots rock band that was formed in 1978 by Carla Olson and future Go-Go's bassist Kathy Valentine. Despite various lineup changes, the band continued to make music until the late 1980s when they disbanded due to health issues faced by *Carla Olson*. However, in 2012, The Textones reunited and began recording together again.
