Blue Feather

Blue Feather is a Dutch soul funk band that was formed in 1976 by brothers Ed and Ron Brouwer. Initially starting out as a group of friends playing covers and their own songs, they later revamped the band with new members in 1980. This marked the beginning of their journey towards creating their unique sound, which combined Latin, funk, and pop elements with multi-voice arrangements. The name Blue Feather was inspired by the personal interest of Native Americans and after reading several books on the subject. Notably, Blue Feather has also achieved recognition by winning an Oscar in France.
