BMG Rights Management, formerly known as Bertelsmann Music Group, is a global music conglomerate with a rich history in the industry. Originally formed in 1985 as a joint venture between Bertelsmann AG and RCA, BMG has since evolved into a powerhouse of music production and distribution.

In 1986, Bertelsmann acquired full ownership of RCA and Arista Records through the purchase of their joint venture's stock from General Electric. The following year, these labels were merged under the umbrella of Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), solidifying its position as a major player in the music world.

In 2004, BMG joined forces with Sony Music to create Sony BMG Music Entertainment. However, in 2008, Bertelsmann sold its stake in the company, leading to the formation of BMG Rights Management. Today, BMG continues to thrive as a leading record label and distributor worldwide.

DevilDriver is a Groove Metal / Melodic Death Metal band hailing from Santa Barbara, California. Formed in 2002, the band has been delivering their unique blend of heavy and melodic music for nearly two decades.

The current line-up consists of *Mike Spreitzer* on guitar since 2004, *Dez Fafara* on vocals since the band's inception in 2002, *Jon Miller* on bass (who was with the band from 2002-2011 and rejoined in 2022), *Alex Lee* on rhythm guitars (joined in 2022), and *Davier Pérez* on drums (also joined in 2022).

Over the years, DevilDriver has seen some changes to their line-up. Former members include *Evan Pitts*, who played guitar from 2002-2004, *Jon Miller*, who was originally part of the band as a bassist but left in 2011 before rejoining in 2022, *John Boecklin* and *Jeffrey Kendrick*, both former drummers who were with the band until 2014, and *Neal Tiemann*, who played guitars from 2015-2021. The most recent change saw drummer Austin D'Amond leaving the band in early 2022.

The Alternative-Metal, Death-Metal quintet DevilDriver came to life in 2002 in Santa Barbara, California USA, fronted by the charismatic vocalist Dez Fafara; a veteran of the NuMetal movement, Fafara has been toiling in the trenches of the music industry since 1994 with his previous band Cold Chamber. Originally signed to Roadrunner Records, the group also featured guitarists Jeffrey Kendrick and Evans Pitts, bassist Jon Miller and drummer John Boecklin. It's been a constant uptick for the Southern California quintet since they first blasted a hole through the zeitgeist in 2003 with their pivotal self-titled debut.
