Leonard Bernstein

Leonard Bernstein was an American composer, conductor, pianist, author, and music lecturer. He is best known for his time as music director with a renowned orchestra and for his iconic works such as "West Side Story" and "On The Town". In 1971, he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. On September 10, 1951, he married actress Felicia Montealegre and they had three children together.

Born on August 25, 1918 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States; Leonard Bernstein passed away on October 14, 1990 at The Dakota in New York City.
