Taste

Taste was a trio formed in 1966 by Irish guitarist and songwriter Rory Gallagher, along with Eric Kitteringham on bass and Norman Damery on drums. In 1968, Richard McCracken replaced Eric Kitteringham and John Wilson replaced Norman Damery. Together, they recorded three studio albums and two live albums, including the memorable "Live at the Isle of Wight" in 1970.

Unfortunately, Taste disbanded in the same year, but this marked the beginning of Rory Gallagher's successful career as a solo artist. Known for his exceptional guitar skills and songwriting abilities, Gallagher went on to become a renowned musician in his own right.

If you enjoy artists such as Savoy Brown, Blodwyn Pig, or Free, then you'll definitely appreciate the bluesy rock sound of Taste. With influences from various genres like blues and rock 'n' roll, their music is sure to captivate any music lover's ears.
