Bruno Nicolai

Bruno Nicolai was an Italian composer, conductor, and keyboardist known for his work in film and television scores. He collaborated with renowned composers such as Ennio Morricone, Carlo Rustichelli, and Luis Enriquez Bacalov. Born on May 20th, 1926 in Rome, Italy, he studied piano, organ, and composition at Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia under the guidance of esteemed musicians. Nicolai's career took off when he served as musical supervisor for Sergio Leone's films "For a Few Dollars More" (1965) and "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" (1966). His last score was for the TV series "La coscienza di Zeno" in 1988.
