Carl Wilson

Carl Wilson (1946-1998) was an American rock and roll singer, guitarist, and founding member of The Beach Boys. He played multiple instruments and became the de facto leader of the band after his brother Brian's retirement. Carl's leadership extended to producing several albums for the band. As a lead vocalist, he showcased his exceptional talent on iconic songs like "God Only Knows" and "Darlin'". Despite personal challenges, Carl remained dedicated to his music until his untimely death from cancer in 1998.

Throughout his career, Carl Wilson made significant contributions to The Beach Boys as a musician, producer, and songwriter. He also released two solo albums that demonstrated his musical prowess. In addition to his artistic achievements, Carl played a crucial role in supporting his brother Brian during difficult times.
