Girl in Red

Girl in Red is the project of Marie Ulven, a talented musician from Horten, Norway. Starting out in her bedroom, she taught herself to play guitar and piano and produce her own music. In less than a year, her project has grown exponentially through her social media channels.

Inspired by Marie's personal experiences with mental health and sexuality, her music and character are characterized by honesty and authenticity. Influenced by artists like King Princess, The Japanese House, and Clairo, Marie's self-sufficiency allows her to engage directly with fans and create a raw yet enveloping sound.
