Sneaks, the solo project of Washington D.C.'s Eva Moolchan returns with her fourth album. Moolchan's unique sound clashes the wobbly, minimal bass grooves of postpunk heroes Pylon &amp; ESG with deadpan vocals &amp; trippy electronic pop earworms that's garnered comparisons to Neneh Cherry, Tierra Whack and M.I.A.
