Bj Nilsen

Swedish composer/sound artist B.J. Nilsen has been collaborating with Icelandic experimental duo Stilluppsteypa since 2005. Together, they have released a majority of their works through Helen Scarsdale Agency and Editions Mego labels. Notable collaborations include Icelandic cellist Hildur Guðnadóttir and Argentinian experimental musician Anla Courtis. They have also released a split-album with Milan Sandbleistift.

In 2015, Nilsen ventured into a new duo collaboration with Sigmarsson of Stilluppsteypa at Ultra Eczema label, marking his first release in this format.
