Startracks

Refused is a Swedish hardcore band formed in 1991. The band consists of vocalist Dennis Lyxzén, guitarist Kristofer Steen, drummer David Sandström, and bassist Magnus Flagge. Their lyrics often reflect non-conformist and politically far-left views.
In 2012, Refused announced their reunion after a hiatus and embarked on a world tour for nearly a year. They released five EPs and three full-length albums before originally splitting up in 1998. Their fourth full-length album "Freedom" was released in 2015.
Known for their energetic live performances, Refused has played at various renowned music festivals including Coachella, Rock am Ring, Roskilde Festival, Primavera Sound, Hellfest, Fuji Rock Festival, and more.

Startracks is a Swedish indie label that was founded in 1994 by Fredrik Holmgren. Originally known as Startrec, the label had to change its name due to registration issues and became Startracks. With a focus on independent music, Startracks has worked with various talented artists over the years.
Currently, Startracks collaborates with a diverse range of artists including Vasas Flora och Fauna, Tiger Lou, Kristofer Åström, Sara Yasmine, and Rome is not a Town. These artists bring unique sounds and styles to the label's roster.
In 2019, Startracks began a partnership with Playground Music Scandinavia. This collaboration allows for even greater opportunities for their artists and expands their reach within the music industry.

Refused 25th anniversary limited edition. Strictly limited to 1000 copies with an extra 12" with previously unreleased outtakes and demos from the pre-recording studio sessions. Songs To Fan The Flames Of Discontent was first released in 1996 and catapulted the band Refused from Umea in northern Sweden into the hardcore punk top league. The Scandinavians, who were known for their hard, uncompromising sound, provocative performances and irreverent lyrics, followed the album with extensive tours all over the world, for example with Kristofer Astrom's Fireside, Madball or Entombed. Dave Exit on vocals on "Hook, Line and Sinker" and "This trust will kill again" and "Da message" being a previously unrelased song.
