Eric Carr

Eric Carr was an American musician born on July 12, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York. He replaced Peter Criss as the drummer for the iconic band Kiss in 1980. Prior to joining Kiss, Carr was a member of the band Creation and tragically survived the deadly Gulliver's Nightclub fire in 1974. His former bandmates Damon DeFeis and George D. Chase were among the victims of this tragedy.

Carr made significant contributions to Kiss during his time with the band, including recording numerous albums and performing on their successful tours. Sadly, he passed away on November 24, 1991 in New York City.

Despite his untimely death, Eric Carr's legacy lives on through his impactful music and his role as a beloved member of Kiss.
