Hanzel Und Gretyl

Hanzel und Gretyl is a music duo that started in 1993 and quickly gained recognition with their first demo "Kindermusik" in 1994. They were signed by Energy Records in Manhattan and released their debut album "Ausgeflippt" in 1995. The duo, consisting of Vas and Loopy, later formed a live band with Ginger Bread on bass and the Pat 5000 on drums. After five successful live shows, they returned to the studio to create their next masterpiece "Transmissions from Uranus" which was released in 1997.

"Transmissions from Uranus" showcased Hanzel und Gretyl's unique blend of Astrological, Sci-Fi, and futuristic influences combined with a Techno/Metal vibe. Despite facing setbacks when Energy Records went out of business, they persevered and eventually signed with Metropolis Records in 2002. In 2003, they released their highly anticipated third album "Über Alles."
