Old Sea Brigade is Atlanta-born and Nashville-based singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Ben Cramer. Cramer captures anxiety, nostalgia, confusion, love, loss, and, ultimately, hope in tender true-life snapshots colored by folk eloquence, Americana bliss, rock energy, and country heart. Motivational Speaking is the new twelve song collection that comes on the heels of a breakout run for Old Sea Brigade, who has been taken on the road by songwriting contemporaries like Julien Baker, Hiss Golden Messenger and John Paul White.
